Our Mount Gambier facility integrates temperature and airflow control designed specifically for seed potato storage, protecting quality and dormancy from receival through to dispatch, prepared for planting. Coldahold is independent — we do not buy, sell, trade or broker potatoes.

STORAGE TECHNOLOGY

Advanced cooling and airflow control

Coldahold uses Quadro Compact Cooler Vario (QCC) technology at Mount Gambier, delivering high-efficiency cooling performance and even airflow distribution. This helps maintain consistent temperatures throughout the room, protecting seed integrity and reducing storage risk.

OPTICA Q & MV09

INSTALLED — COMMISSIONING TO FOLLOW

The Optica Q optical sorting system and MV09 grading line have been installed at Mount Gambier. Electrical connection and commissioning works are still to be completed before either system becomes operational.

FUTURE DEVELOPMENT

A future Midema cutting line is planned for Mount Gambier

As part of Coldahold's ongoing development at Mount Gambier, a Midema cutting line is being considered for the future. No installation or commissioning has been scheduled at this stage.
