Alex has a passion for the growth of the Western Australian Potato Industry. Alex has owned and controlled Tolsma QCC's for the best part of 12 years. He has over 25 years of running his own farms and over 15 years of growing potatoes and is an industry specialist in storage. Alex is a qualified installer of cold room panels and is one of 4 Tolsma QCC technicians in Australia. Complimenting and not Competing is the direction he feels the industry must take. 

David Cameron - Director and Shareholder

 Having farm-level experience with deregulation of the Western Australian Egg Marketing Board, he is acutely aware of the rationalisation which is occurring in the Western Australian potato industry. A founding investor in Coldahold, he has identified the role storage plays in improving farm level productivity and marketing and will play in the expansion of seed potato exports from Western Australia. David is a professional agronomist who has been practicing for over 25 years. David currently consultants to 50 farm businesses in Western Australia. He is a principal and board member of Farmanco Management Consultants Pty Ltd, an industry leading consultancy firm which has been operating for over 40 years. With strong industry connections, he has access to a network of consultants involved in the technical, business and marketing activities of agriculture. He works closely with researchers operating in agribusiness, the universities, the state government Departments of Agriculture, and the CSIRO. 

 South Australia is a significant contributor to Australia's potato industry, accounting for approximately 30% of the nation's production. The state's diverse climates enable year-round cultivation, with each region specializing in distinct market segments. This regional focus ensures a consistent supply of high-quality potatoes across various markets. The combination of favorable climatic conditions and strategic regional specialization positions South Australia as a pivotal player in the nation's potato industry.
